We recommend a puppy introduction groom from around 12 weeks (after vaccinations). It's a short, positive session designed to build your puppy's confidence with brushing, handling, drying, and gentle trimming — so grooming feels normal and safe for life.
It depends on breed, coat condition, and temperament. A full groom typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We never cut corners to save time. Your dog gets exactly the attention they need.
You're welcome to, but most owners drop off and collect. We'll contact you the moment your dog is ready. Many dogs actually settle better without their owner present.
